265 x amrap will be a good challenge next week. I'll have 225 x 6, 245 x 4 and 260 x 3 beforehand, but I'd like to think I can still nail 3-4 reps.

My movie editor has a voiceover function, but it looks like you have to record each clip individually. I just watched the video and spoke into the mic on my iphone then put that file in as the soundtrack. Seemed to work ok.

I have absolutely no clue how to pick up women. I've been with my wife for like 10 years now, so I'm completely removed from anything resembling a dating scene.
From what I do no, nothing good can come from trying to make something happen at any work function - especially a party. Getting involved with co-workers is always tough, but especially with a boss. Monday 12.10.12- Macenko's Week 6A
Hit a nice session today! Finally feel like I'm seeing a little bit of progress. Been a tough road so far with my health and my horrible motivation the past month or more.
Was talking to Dwayne right after the session and saying how I'm not at 3 plate level, but I'm back up to the point where I peaked last training cycle. I think I could hit 300 a lot cleaner than in October.
I narrowed my bench grip a touch-hole today. I did have my rings on the rings but today I moved my pinkies to the rings. felt a little less pressure on the shoulders. Could really feel it in the triceps, especially on the descent which allowed me to keep a bit better control. I took the first video from directly in front of the bench so I could get a good view of the angle of my forearms.

hell yeah. Could have hit 4 on the 267.5 set, but my lower back was about to knot up bad so I racked. 245 x 6 was really smooth, definitely had 1 more in the tank. I'm also pleased to still hit my 230 x 8 after all that previous work
