Lmao, I'll get out the helmet when I try the one leg standing reps that you've been requesting
Fronts did feel pretty damn easy except the last one. Far lighter than that 300 pound fail last week
Thanks mate!
I'm so famished right now lol I'm making a boss steak and cheese calzone. I'll try to take pics, but I may forget and just eat it

nice front squats cap'n!
im not so sue about your standing ab wheel though
Looks like your knees drop considerably on the way back, so im not sure if that means your abs aren't actually doing the work. Maybe an expert in the ab wheel can correct me?"Be like water making its way through cracks. Do not be assertive, but adjust to the object, and you shall find a way round or through it. If nothing within you stays rigid, outward things will disclose themselves…" - Dao de Ching

Lol Youre not sporting them chef skills big guy?
I dont like sauce on the steak n cheese ones, just a little layer of mayo
Thanks mattress!
Agreed, not my best Ab wheel set for sure. I think I took long of an ROM to start. Abs have DOMS this morning so they did something thoPRs: Back Squat- 410x1 / Front Squat- 320x1/ Bench- 325x1 / Deadlift- 505x1

Thanks mate! Food was excellent for sure! Fronts felt surprisingly easy considering how sore and tight everything felt beforehand. I can't wait to max bench! I'll do a light session today or tomorrow, some light paused reps then some high rep triceps work. Monday I'm gonna hit 265 then go from there. If all goes well I'll
take a run at 275
Thanks fella! Few more weeks and I'll have another go at 300. Id like to hit 250 3x3 firstPRs: Back Squat- 410x1 / Front Squat- 320x1/ Bench- 325x1 / Deadlift- 505x1

Id say ud be close to 270+ to be honest. 265 sounds a good conservative number though

That thing looks good. You put any spices in it? There's this place near here where they make these lebanese meat pies, if I could figure out how to spice the filling like those it would be soooooooo good.

Very nice journal Woody! Nice FS triple mate! I see you have your own gym I have mine in the garage. Can't beat it can ya? Never could stand the day to day stupidity in the public gyms.
I haven't maxed on FS for a long time now, may have to see where I'm at on those.

Saturday 3/10/12- Squats & Junk
Good gym session today. Diet has been off the past few days- very stressful week, but I got some caffeine into me and punched out a some good lifts.
Squats
45 x 10
135 x 5
185 x 3
225 x 3
250 x 1
275 x 4
275 x 4
275 x 4
275 x 4
Really spend some time stretching out my hips this morning and I think it helped with my depth- I really buried these. No real grinders at all. Check out the vid of the 1st set- I was amped up and went to swing under the bar and cased my dome right off it. Lost my bearings for a few seconds but I still banged out the set lol
RDLs
135 x 8
235 x 8
235 x 8
235 x 8
Last set felt the best form wise. Will probably add 10 pounds next week again
Calf Raises
235 x 10
235 x 10
235 x 10 +30 x BW
Bench
45 x 10
135 x 5
165 x 5
185 x 2 (All 185 paused reps)
185 x 2
185 x 2
185 x 2
185 x 2
missed Thursday's session so I hit up some light doubles here to get some blood flowing before I max Monday.
Ab Wheel
knees x 10
standing (no barrier) x 10
no barrier to bump into so it made the standing reps hard as hell. Made it a point to keep my knees straight (Thanks Mattress!)

THanks mate! gotta keep up with my stretching so I can bury them squats!
Lol, that was a good knock on the dome for sure. I saw stars for a minute but I knew it would make for some excellent television on youtube
Thanks mate! Yeah, no barrier makes em tough!
Thanks my man! Session felt good, just gotta make sure I can get some calories into me so I recover for next timePRs: Back Squat- 410x1 / Front Squat- 320x1/ Bench- 325x1 / Deadlift- 505x1

Hilarious bonking your head. Looked easy, but watch those knees coming forward - 3rd rep of first set in vid looked the worst.
