How much protein should I take in on my bulk? I dnt know my Lbm so can ya tell me. I'm 5'4 nd weigh 143 nd I thk my bf is 12 or 11

Hahaa da day you get paid what I get paid get bck to be white boy. I didn't drop out of school for stupid reasons like most did it for smart reasons. I've worked hard to earn where I am so u tell me if ull ever manage. Job homeboy find sumone els to hate one

I'm starting off at 1600 for a week because just got off a long cut then I will slowly up to 3000.

I'm start with 1600 on monday which is when I'm starting my bulk nd maybe 200 every week. So 3000 calories is to much? How many should I take in then ?

I'm increasing cals slow as well ... And at the peak of my bulk plan on being around 2700
