What should I be able to do?

I'm 13 and I weigh 135, I'm wondering how much should I be able to dead-lift, squat, and bench, as a starting point, and what would be considered intermediate?

I can currently deadlift 175, squat 160, and bench 100. Is this good? What should I be at?

You are your self and no-one else...
Don't try to compare to others..

Just be stronger than you where, and get stronger than you are.

Good start! Keep going buddy. And don't forget to eat.

Just keep getting stronger. There is honestly no point in comparing yourself to other people. Your stats are good for your age. I wish I started at 13.

You should be able to deadlift at least, I don't know, let's say 16 lbs, that would be carrying a gallon of milk in from the car in each hand, picking them up off the ground if necessary.

You should be able to squat an empty broomstick.

You should be able to bench, IDK, a couple 5 lbs dumbells?

You're 13. You're a kid. You're small. There is absolutely zero "should be able to".

Just focus on form and eat plenty of good foods and protein and keep lifting on a reasonable routine for the next ten years and you have so, so, so much potential through those ages
