Hey guys new here but been lurking for a while
I got a question, always did high bar squats and today tried lowbar for the first time.
I will post a video soon for my form to check if it is ok
But I have one question atm.
I watched a video from Alan Thrall, and he says to push with your hips, i tried but that felt weird af maybe cause I never tried them without a bar just bw went easier so how does thiswork do I just go down and theb push back with my hips and go up or how do I do this?
But anyone else has got tips on this exercise?
If my question is formulated wrong my apologies, my english is good but sometimes I make mistakes (am from spain/belgium)
