In Season Supps

Would like some feedback on my current supp stack. I play Hockey at the Jr.A level which is right under College Hockey. (for people who don't know)
Right now I am taking:

Fish Oil (NOW Ultra Omega 3)
Recovery (Xtend)
Protein (Myofusion)

I was taking Advanced Essentials + Joint Complex (Multi, Creatine, BCAA's, Beta Alanine)

Was thinking about switching to Size On, a NOW BA Powder, and Orange Triad/Opti-Men/Anavite. Would also like something for joints.

What do you guys think? Again I am at the start of my season and would appreciate any help. I have a long season with a lot of games and practice everyday and in the gym 2 days a week. But right now we are doing 2 a days.

id take the size on and for a multi id take the anavite because of its multiple benefits, not sure what ba powder is though so no comment on that

I thought everything looked fine (Now Ultra Omega 3, Xtend, Myofusion, Essentials + Joint Complex). Looks like you already did research coming up with that stack. Don't see a reason to change it.

Hey need to bring this back to life here, the AI Essentials just got discontinued as I was trying to order it. So now I need to choose a Creatine, Beta Alanine and Multi-Vitamin to go with. So some help would be nice

Plain old creatine mono, plain bulk beta alanine (allmax makes both- would recommend)

What I would consider the top three multis here in my preferred order:

AOR Ortho-Core
Gaspari Anavite
CL Orange Triad

Go with this James. Anavite has Beta-alanine, so you could go Anavite and Creatine Monohydrate.

Would still go with Anavite over OT for the BA (like Pern mentioned), the LCLT, and I, personally, would not want to be supplementing with vanadium (IV). It's definitely close, though.

I played hockey for 9 years. Never really felt the need for a joint supplement unless I was recovering from an injury, but you're right... everyone is different.

If you are not going to consume either of those during your workouts, I would recommend acquiring straight creatine mono

Look into MusclePharm Assault,recon and musclegel. This is a great stack for performance athletes.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone. It is now betweeen Anavite or Orange Triad. If I get the OT than I'd need to get Beta Alanine. If i get Anavite I'd get no joint support. So I'm stuck with this one.
