Lifts go up, weight goes down
So I'm doing Starting Strength lifts, but not the progressive program since I'm cutting.
My lifts, especially my bench press, were starting to stall. I wasn't eating healthy, getting about 130g of protein every day (body weight 265)
This last week, I've been getting 190g+ protein every day and eating vegetables/good food instead of junk, really watching what I eat. Today my squat felt easy, my bench went up (and probably could have done more), and the other three lifts up too!
So GET YOUR PROTEIN AND EAT HEALTHY and work your butt off. Nothing better than your lifts going up and your weights going down

Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live the world they're been given than to explore the power they have to change it...Impossible is not a fact...It's an opinion...Impossible is not declaration...It's a dare...Impossible is potential...Impossible is temporary...Impossible is nothing...

good work, yeah it seems like if you eat 1 gram of protein per pound that you weigh and cut out the junk food, gains come really quickly!

Just getting started.
Good **** - relative strength is always great to increase as well.
My lifts went up only slightly during my cut, but I lost 40lbs bodyweight.. so in the end, I'm only lifting a tiny bit more than I could before, but at a significantly lighter bodyweight.
When I go hunting, I just stare at the deer.
They follow me home and climb into my freezer.
Because they know.
They know.
