Well I've always been the type that feels hungry constantly when on a diet. I used to just eat constantly all day everyday so breaking that habit was hard. Now recently I'm not hungry at all and forcing myself to eat makes me sick. It was sudden too. One morning I was fine and the next I couldn't eat. I had two hard boiled eggs just an hour ago and I felt so stuffed I thought I was going to puke.
I know my stomach didn't shrink to the size of an egg overnight. Anybody else have this problem or know anything about it?

I'm glad I'm not the only one. It's starting to hurt my workout. I'm not taking in enough fuel so I'm groggy all day and just cardio alone makes me sick. I do get hungry towards the end of the day but one meal isn't enough to fuel me for the next day.

Hm. No real stress I can think of and I haven't done anything for a bad conscious. I was under a little pressure the past week to meet a goal weight for my recruiter but I'm already there (w00t) so I doubt that would be the cause of it now and just because it came on so suddenly.

Maybe its time to force down a nice cheat meal. Its alot easier to eat something you really want to. When I was in Europe for 5 weeks I was cutting (it was hard) after about a week and a half of dieting I decided a cheat meal was in order. We went to a place called Pizza Non Stop. I ate 26 pieces of pizza. The next day nothing could satisfy me. I was hungry all day. I think it was becasue I just needed to revamp my metabolism. Give it a try. It may not work for everyone but it worked for me.

Just throwing the idea out there, but it might be the TYPE of food you're trying to eat makes you feel sick.
On a friday i always lower my carbs and saturday morning i eat a high protein, low-to-no carb meal i.e. 4 slices of turkey bacon rashers & 4 eggs, scrambled. I can eat the bacon fine but i've sickened myself with eggs due to eating them all the time. Had a bowl of cereal and the turkey rashers been thrown at me for breakfast i'd have eaten it just fine, but the eggs almost made me vomit.Started: 15/06/10, 5'10, 270lb

I can almost bet your eating about the same food week in and week out, just change it. Do not change your macros/calories or whatever, just change what you eat if its possible. Perhaps try to change the amount of carbohydrates % in a meal compared to protein? Thats what i did, and now afterwards i kinda regret it haha, i miss being full all the time.

Cardio, yeah, but I didn't start working weight training into my workout till today and I'll admit I was pretty hungry afterward. I've been eating eggs for breakfast for just about three days now. Maybe that was enough to make me not want it anymore? Guess tomorrow morning I'll try changing it up a bit.
I usually do a cheat meal once a week and mine was just a few days ago but if this doesn't work I just might have to try Big's idea.May 12: 209 | May 19: XXX | May 26: XXX |
