Hi guys. I have been trying to bulk up for a while now. I started at 138lbs with about 7% body fat. I had a great six pack but I felt like I was way to small at that weight. So I decided to bulk up and I got up to about 178lbs with about 13% body fat and my six pack went away. My tummy is still flat it just lacks definition. I'm holding strong to about 165lbs right now but I want to get my ripped look back without losing any additional pounds. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?
