    Mass gainer (weight) no creatine

Looking for a gainer with no creatine and easily digestible (i have gastro issues and small stomach from a surgery) so cannot eat alot or fit more than 250 ml liquid every 2 hours lol.

Any help would be great (preferably healthy) currently using resource 2.0 yuck lol

Healthy..hmm? Would highly recommend building your own with whey. Cheaper and better compared to cheap carbs/maltodextrin
Plus, it takes a couple of seconds to make your own mass gainer and it’s cheaper. Or you could go with fair life

Unfortunately all of our gainers do happen to have creatine from my knowledge.
But if you want my suggestion would be a high quality protein which i would be happy to suggest to you and then mix it with peanutbutter to add lots of calories.
Let me know what you think

Looking for a nutritious meal supplement, liquidy not a smoothy to add between meals. I do 6 small meals the size of cliff bars do to my nissen fundoplication. I get limited foods and do a heavy job 9 hours a day and getting bony. Need help gaining and getting liquid nutrition in between meals. I can do 250 ml liquid every 2 hours. Drs told me I must learn and teach myself.

Thanks for all the ideas and suggestions, it has been a 1 year battle to figure this out. I drink 1 liter of extra virgin olive oil a week, so cals and carbs are the new hunt.

Nitrotech Whey Gold (affordable, no creatine, & obviously good amount of protein) plus a cup of Fairlife (lots of calories & a bit of protein)

I saw this Carbo Gain thing too but no idea if that would digest well or cause issues. My drinks are horid (those resource 2.0 ones) pure corn syrup lol
Also saw "naked mass" but that is way to pricey
    What is fair life?

    Fairlife
It's a yummy, calorie-dense, lactose-free, filtered milk that is easy on the stomach.
It goes well with most whey protein like Nitrotech Gold

awww, cannot buy it in canada. I just googled i, looks amazingly yummy. Darn what to do what to do for these carbs/calories. So far i drink syrup and honey and I know that is dangerous in the long run.

    Such a hard issue
