I ordered some Rawfusion vegan protein powder online and this is the first time I have ever taken a vegan supplement.
I'm not actually vegan, but I like how these vegan protein powders have a lot less sugar and no unhealthy additives much as maltodextrin.
So since I have no issues with dairy, would it be alright to mix with milk (cow's milk not soy milk)?
I looked at the Rawfusion website's FAQ and they mentioned that it is ok and that they only recommend mixing it with non-dairy as they are a plant-based company.
I just wanted to know if anyone on here has ever mixed vegan protein powders with milk before?

You're totally fine mixing it with milk. I'm not vegan either, but like to reduce my animal product intake, and much prefer stevia as a sweetener, so I use a lot of Rawfusion. It's good for anyone!
