Thanks dude. The 520 was actually kind of easy. Am shooting for 518 on my second attempt and going 534/540 on my 3rd.
Hopefully I can get it. Probably will video it.
Hope things start going well for me here and I can get a little belly fat and mass back. I really have not been eating much and I am feeling really small.

Question....
Are you only doing 2 worksets a workout (usually like 405 for a few and 495 for singles or a triple)?

Feeling really good with my deadlifts right now. 600 is very doable IMO. Just gotta rest up.
Gonna do a moderate squat/bench workout on monday, openers for squat/bench on thursday, opener for deadlift on saturday, then take it really easy. I think I will open with 485-331-551.

Strong pulls! You're right; our deadlifts are similar right now. Your total is going to crush mine once you fill out your new 198 form, though. Strong session today--our weights and sets were even similar.
We can race to 600. I'm going to try for 585 in a few weeks. If that goes up, I'll try 600.637/390tng/615 - belt/wraps, best gym lifts.
600/370/600 - best competition lifts.
575/330/560 - best competition lifts at 181 raw.

Thanks. I hope my total can get much higher as my midsection keeps thickening haha. I don't feel like I am getting much fatter but I have to keep loosening my belt further. I am thinking my goal for total will be around 1550-1570 by this fall if I make a run at USAPL Raw Nationals (or the Twin Cities Open if money is too tight).
They disintegrated.

Haha I ordered it when I ordered the singlet that I might not end up having.
And those bars are absolutely terrible. They are probably the same bars that were there when my dad graduated from St Cloud in 1987. Thick and smooth.
Knowing my luck I will destroy 600 until lockout when my grip gives out though.

Brah-town central today. Just cranked up my Ipod and tried not to make eye contact with anybody. I sure got some stupid looks while benching, especially considering how fast the 275 and 225 sets were.
Everything was so light. Just wanted a little pump. This was the last even remotely difficult workout before my meet.

Yeah 315x15 is actually really easy. I just like a little glute pump once in a while The only thing holding me back on those is my cardio haha. I could do 25ish most likely, probably more if I do breathing squats.
My inseam is less than 30" that is all I know. The 32x30 jeans I get usually end up being a little long
If I could get my calves up to 16" someday I would be a happy man.

Strong edit potential, but I'll leave it alone.
I'm no expert, but hitting your calves twice a week is the best way to get them to grow. Mine were 16" like a month ago because the last routine I was on, had no calf isolation work. Then I started doing 4 sets of standing DB calf raises, twice a week and now they measure 17". I am going to make them 18+.
