I regret to report that Musclebear is currently hospitalized from physical exhaustion due to today's training session. As his training partner and closest friend, I will have to chronicle his workout for today:

He went for speed with these sets. I saw him get really motivated when a fine ass brunette girl was checking him out from the cardio section, and he decided to work up a bit. However, I was pretty sure she was underage and had to tell Musclebear not to go too heavy in order for her to keep the stationary bike's seat dry.

The weight was actually pretty moderate. Musclebear decided to keep it light while taking short rest breaks (60-90 seconds) between sets for his GPP to adapt to the workout. He could have went a little heavier, but there'll be plenty of weeks to ramp the weight up each session.

Something very weird happened in the parking lot. Musclebear stopped walking to his car, hunched over, and started gagging. All of a sudden, bodily fluids started flushing out of his mouth. His puke splattered all over the floor while mucus was coming out of his nose. His spincter started losing some control, but fortunately he did not **** all over his sweats.
Musclebear then passed out into his pool of puke, and I had to drive him to the hospital. He is doing OK now -- they're giving him lots of sardines & brown rice while hooked up on Trenbolone via IVs. He should be released by tonight.
And that's it! His last bench session for this training cycle is tomorrow, I believe. Until then.
