PM dungeon session. That's right, PM.
Remind me, next time I consider doing a PM dungeon session, that I'd rather have a q-tip shoved up my pee-hole. Ah memories.
Anyway, there was simply an insane amount of WTF Moments (Registered, Trademark MHL Enterprises, LLC.). Everywhere I turned. Everywhere. The only thing to do? Ignore it, go about business and look like this:
"Would you hold still, please sir?"
At any rate...
Deload day #2 = done.

Great instrumental selections, especially the Pepper & McLean songs. Biased cause I played sax for years. Nice that deload's done; can't wait to get back to the gym this afternoon after a forced hotel room deload. Have a good weekend.

Many thanks. Among my favorite as well. I played brass (trombone - both valve and slide, as well as trumpet). But - and I think I've told this story somewhere before - as a teen, I had a friend and his dad had a brain tumor. The surgery to remove the tumor didn't go well and the docs ended up connecting two wires which should have stayed separated. Anyway, he came out of it not at all the same - ended up costing him his marriage. BUT, and the point to the story, one day when I was over at my friend's house, his dad came up to me and told me that I played sax. This came as news to me. But, he swore that I did and his stance brook no arguments. Because of this, he told me he was giving me his old sax. He took out his case and presented me with a 1948 Conn Naked Lady. It was gorgeous. He insisted I take it, which I did. For a couple of weeks. I played around with it and got to the point where I could play decent enough, but nothing spectacular. I was in a band (ska) at the time and we already had a far better sax player anyway. Besides, I didn't have the heart to keep it and one day I went back over, sneaked into his dad's room and left it in the closet.
But yes, I love sax as well.
Many thanks my brother.

Fine return, my friend! But I gotta' say...despite the excellence found in that post, and you moving the chains forward once again, that 5 x 495 squat is searing an indelible mark in my brain.

The deaths of two Smiths...
Jazz guitarist Johnny Smith:

and
Jazz pianist Paul Smith:
http://www.latimes.com/news/obituari...,1791379.story
The passing of both of these gents largely went unnoticed, without so much as a blip on the radars of most. I only recently found out of their passing myself. But, I have long admired and enjoyed their work and, though they lived long lives, am saddened by just knowing they no longer walk on this planet.
Thank you gentlemen; you've given me a very long time of tremendous enjoyment.

Lulz. Still here, though, ironically, out in a secure, remote locale right now. Great to have you back brother.
Pennekamp indeed.
Nah brother, I'm freediving and just using the belt as something to drop and then dive down to pick up. Then repeat. Though I do have my certifications, I am a devout spearfisher & freediver. Love it.Last edited by FlaIronMind; 07-12-2013 at 03:20 PM.
