Does Creatine do anything to your appetite?

Is there any relation between taking creatine and having a low appetite?

I don't know if there's a correlation, but something has caused my appetite to be incredibly low. Honestly I'd be happy with 3 meals a day at this point. It takes an incredible effort on my part to eat enough calories. This wasn't a problem a month ago before I first started creatine.

Has anyone else noticed this or is it probably another cause? I'm not really stressed nor depressed, nor anything else that would cause a low appetite. It's frustrating though.

Hmmmm creatine really shouldnt have anything to do with your hunger. If anything, It should make you more hungry cause you can lift longer while on it and thus burn more calories.... so I think another reason would be your best bet.

Damn dude I was just thinking the same exact thing. I'm in a loading phase right now and I just had dinner. After a small palte of vegetables I was like "Wow... why am I full already?" I had to force down the food. Maybe it's because of all the water we're dirnking?

Actually that might be a legit explanation. Between all the water your drinking and also your probably drinking protein shakes and stuff like that... it could probably build up and fill your stomach. Still tho, I take creatine, drink lots of water, drink protein shakes, and still eat about 5 meals a day. So idk....

Creatine seems to make me hungrier.

However this is almost def because of the 2 and a half hour workouts it allows me to complete.
Need a bit of change for sups? This is what I use, and its totally legit.
