ALL OF THIS IS ACCORDING TO IRON MAN INNER SCAN SCALE
My diet consists of the following
Break fast Protein Shake... contains 1 cup of milk 1 banana 1 scoop of protein
2nd meal 1 Fruit or Granola bar
Lunch 1-2 portions of lettuce with 6 oz of chicken (or fish or meat) and 2 veggies (all are steamed)
3rd meal 1 slice of fruit
Dinner Vegetable soup with chicken. or fish (chicken with veggies and cottage cheese)
I don't know how much calories im consuming a day but i think its about 1800 cal.
I work out from Monday to Saturday doing the p90x. im currently in week 4.
supplements lipo6black (is there a better or more effective one?)
My question is ... why is my metabolic age 30? I cant see any results .. and how do I lower my BF% ???
