    fish oil and flaxseed oil

    Am taking these daily in capsule form...........do I count them in my macros ?

    I do. There's quite a bit of fat in that stuff.

    Technically, you probably should. I do not. I'm not taking a ton of the stuff, anyway. I take 3 fish oil caps/day, which totals a whopping 30 calories.

    When I was using milled flax as a fat source for meals, I counted it. But the fish oil, eh.

    I take 10 1000 mg fish oil per day and i dont count them..how many calories in a multi or a vitamin c or a calcium magnesiam zinc supp? Really....
