Does anyone else feel like this?
Okay, so recently I started becoming slightly depressed, because I HATE my teeth, they are the most crooked pieces of **** I've seen, and it's not my fault.(long story) so I always have to smile and laugh with my mouth closed when i'm around people and it just feels awkward.
And now that i'm getting physically stronger, it just pisses me off that I can't do anything about my teeth. Does anyone have anything else like this with another part of your body?(inb4smallpenis)
btw, my mom is 'trying' to see if she can get me lingual braces & a palatal expander.

Dude, you are 15, just get braces.
If crooked teeth is your only imperfection then consider yourself lucky. They are pretty damn easy to fix. Yes you will need braces for a couple of years, but when its over you'll have the best looking teeth out of all your friends.

i agree, if crooked teeth is ur biggest problems, then ur way ahead of most people. you should really consider braces. When i was 15, my parents offered to get me braces. But back then, my teeth were only slightly crooked, and wearing braces would have made me 'uncool' so i decided NOT to get them. 5 years later, my teeth are more noticeably crooked, and regret not getting them. Currently, i am considering braces. and depending on how bad your teeth are, you might only need them for 6months - 1 year.

Insurance should pay for them. If you have internet access, I'm willing to bet you have insurance through your Dad's work or something. They should atleast cover most of the cost if not all.

Hey man...
I can remember being young and being self conscious about my looks....shortcomings...It's normal to feel this way...it sounds like your Mom is doing all she can to help ya...when you finally get those braces remember what your Mom did to help ya out...serious....Dude..sometimes you need to look deeper than looks.....your body...face...it all ages... it changes....but you can work on your insides.....be sensitive to others....develop your passions..learn to love your good qualities cause in the end....you are judged by your heart and your capacity to love.... not your looks.....Stay strong.....Self
Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live the world they're been given than to explore the power they have to change it...Impossible is not a fact...It's an opinion...Impossible is not declaration...It's a dare...Impossible is potential...Impossible is temporary...Impossible is nothing...

Thanks man, When I turn 16, I'm going to look for a job ASAP to help out. and the thing i hate most bout my teeth is that it doesn't let me be as enthusiastic, there's times I want to smile or laugh out loud, but can't.
