Need to raise my test and lower estrogen levels

I have always had high estrogen levels and lower test levels. I don't know if its from raiding my aunts birth control pills when I was 3 or what. I have gotten blood work done and my test is in the 513-580 range every time. I take zma and do follow the raise your test levels programs. I am going to see a specialist but not until November! Thats not by choice its the first opening they have. My estrogen levels have always been high and I want to know what people take to reduce them and where I can get some.

    ZMA doesnt boost test

Look into an AI (Aromatase Inhibitor) like Inhibit-e or Novedex XT

Can also stack with a natural test booster like Activate Xtreme

You can get activate xtreme at bb.com but for the other two just use google

anti-e is one area where BB is lacking its insane don't bother with anything on that list for anti-e....
That being said there are a few good test boosters on that list but there not meant to be anti-e products.

But seriously, OP, what your asking for is an AI. Not to sound like a rep, but DS is coming out with a new product that looks very promising(triazole), I preordered 2 bottles on the other planet. Apart from that, novedex is another popular AI, though I've never tried it, there's a couple other popular ones but I can't think of them at the moment.

your total test is pretty good, dont know what your free test is but thats more important. And I dont know what your estro is but an AI should help for sure.

Thanks for all the replies again. I ordered Novedex XT. I am still concerned about my estrogen levels. From the posts on here looks like I still need to do some research. Can anyone point me in the right direction for anti-e?

most people don't want to live in the "normal" range. And you can usually find a healthy way to get to the optimal range. How many things in life do you want to be just "average" or "normal".

i would seek medical advice and look at all options if my test level was under 800 and free test under 2%.

    That's just me though

Please tell me you are joking... Do you know how they establish lab values for testosterone? They take the average. Each person has a different unique test level (250-1100) usually. Some people grow like weeds on 300 test, and others have to have 900 to grow at all. It's all individual and just because one number is higher than the other doesn't mean mass gains. There is no such thing as "optimal" range. Optimal range is when you don't have any symptoms of low or high test.

Seriously man, you should read a book about the human body once in a while. Or at least talk to an endocrinologist who can easily dispel all your broscience.

well I got my bachelors (double major) in athletic training and clinic management and biology as well as my masters in exercise phys as well as I work in the health field...Granted I work in sales...but I work with docs every single day.

In fact I was with the endo I see last night at a arthritis convention (he just came to drink and party) as he doesn't care too much about arthritis. And if you pm me your email I will GLADLY have him contact you or I can get his personal email and you can contact him. I am no genous with the endocrine system but I have a pretty in depth background with the human body. But I also concede as an atc my background is less so dealing with things like the endocrine system and more with anatomy and physiology relating to orthopedic issues/injuries treatment and things like biomechanics.

I concede that you have a point that it is not a "strict" number that you must be at to see results. But I would be more than willing to be my next paycheck 9 out of 10 endocrinoligists will tell you for muscle building purposes most males with thrive on higher levels of total testosterone and free testosterone.

there is a reason why testosterone levels are measured...I mean if your point is 100% valid why even check test levels? Why ever try to raise them?

This is undoubtedly true, hence why AAS is such a mass builder. However, I think it depends on the levels obviously. If someone is at 500 and they get boosted to 800 I bet the effect would be unnoticeable. If you are at 250 and get to 1000, clearly that is a different story.

Sure, if you stay at 800 for just a couple weeks.

If you could (hypothetically) stay there for a year your total gains after 12 months would surely be much more. Even 3 months would definitely be much better than the standard 4 weeks supplementation most people do.

Is there any clinical evidence for this though? From what I read before, the minimal needed to see skeletal hypertrophy was 600mg injections of testosterone weekly.

Plenty of real world evidence. The study you're referring to showed that the min. (exogenous) test amount needed to cause LBM gains was 100mg/week tho.

ok well there is a different point and we can have a discussion about. I do not believe a modest jump in testostosterone of say 50 or even upwards of 200 you would not see or feel a massive difference right away. But you will absolutely notice a difference over time having a test level of 500 compared to 800. But again even then it is not going to be an "oh sh*t this is crazy" feeling and if you stay there a few weeks as thehuge said you probably won't see much difference.

But over 1, 5, 10, 15 plus years the difference would be pretty major.
