The World’s Hardest Diet Sample Meal Plan
Total: Approximately 350-400 grams of protein, 25-50 grams of carbs, 10-20 grams of fat equalling about 1500 calories. Yes, very insane, very crazy, very tough, hence the name of the program
Breakfast:
Egg White Omelet:
12 egg whites
1 cup of spinach
1/4, medium onion, diced
1 bell pepper
Mid Morning Snack
1 can of albacore tuna with vinegar
Lunch:
1 large chicken breast
2 cups of broccoli
1 tbsp of red wine vinegar
Pre Workout Meal:
2 scoops of Iso-Smooth Protein Powder
Post Workout Meal:
2 scoops of Iso-Smooth Protein Powder
Dinner:
2 large chicken breast or tilapia
2 cups of cauliflower or 12 asparagus spears
Pre Bed Time Snack:
1 can of albacore tuna
1 tbs of vinegar

really? I suppose the cost of Whey. I already eat a lot of tuna and chicken, and vegi's, cutting out all the fruit would make it cheaper. The only cost I see going up is how much Whey I would be using but I think if I do try it I will substitute some more tuna or chicken in instead of using Whey ISO.
That was kinda my thought, but what could 2 weeks hurt right? Just have to drink a **** pile of water.
my concern also would be loosing to much weight to fast. But I think I'll try it for 2 weeks and see what kinda results I get. maybe just up the cals a bit.
