Hah personally I think that diet would be a sinch compared to the v diet. 4 weeks only liquid that s**t sucked and didn't work out well for me. Don't think I'd ever do that again. I'm dwn with all whole food diets.

really? I suppose the cost of Whey. I already eat a lot of tuna and chicken, and vegi's, cutting out all the fruit would make it cheaper. The only cost I see going up is how much Whey I would be using but I think if I do try it I will substitute some more tuna or chicken in instead of using Whey ISO.

That was kinda my thought, but what could 2 weeks hurt right? Just have to drink a **** pile of water.

my concern also would be loosing to much weight to fast. But I think I'll try it for 2 weeks and see what kinda results I get. maybe just up the cals a bit.
