    gummy bears

I have heard people talking about eating gummy bears after working out, so i decided to read about it. I understand its good for simple carbs, and sugars and helps create an insulin spike. I was just curious how many gummy bears should i eat? or a better question probably is how many calories/carbs/sugars after workout? reps for good answers

Better option, get rid of those, and go buy some dextrose to cause an insulin spike.
If its for creatine, you can add it right into your creatine drink.

    Gatorade also has dextrose.

In all honesty man, there are a lot of better options than gummy bears for post-workout nutrition.

Find dextrose, add it into your creatine drink. Will give you an insulin spike that 'may' increase creatine absorption.

Put a table spoon of honey in your post workout shake. You get your insulin and protien in one shake.
