Do you think I will make sufficient arm gains if im doing arms every day for a week. My arms actually dont hurt too bad and ive been on my 4th day in a row of doing arms, about an hour arm workout each day.

GOOOOOOOOD F*CKIN MORNING EVERYONE! Today we're gonna do our 19 hour arms workout and superset with 1000 rep feeder workout for our arms before bed GOD DAMMIT! So go make yourself 38 protein shakes NO FROSTED FLAKES THOUGH GOD DAMMIT and bring a cookie but THAT DOESN'T COUNT! You have to overwork the muscle to the point that it goes catabolic permanently in order to confuse the muscles, it's the best possible scenario. Whatever it takes, right babe?
Lifting post-traumatic injuries and getting stronger every day :D
Doc's said 1/4/15 could not squat anymore or lift 300 pounds.
As of 7/17/21: 515/375/610
Not letting injuries stop me.

Hi Link,
In order to make gains in the gym, one must allow their muscles to rest and recover. Muscles actually grow at rest so they key is to stimulate them in the gym, a balanced/nutritious diet and rest. Further, it's important to mention that you don't need to totally annihilate your muscles in the gym to stimulate them. While some guys may argue that 3 exercises across 9 sets is integral to growth for your arms, I'd say 2-3 exercises over 6-8 sets is enough. Something along the lines of:
Biceps:
3 sets warm up (50% of working weight) barbell or dumbbell curls
Barbell/Dumbbell Curls - 3x10
Rope Hammer Curls - 3x10
Preacher Curls - 2x10
Triceps:
3 warm up sets French Press
French press - 3x10
Pushdowns (rope or bar) - 3x10
Closegrip Bench Press - 2x10
Hope this helps!

I doubt you'll see any permanent growth from this. You arms will probably retain a lot of water and look bigger, but this won't last.
You can't help the hopeless.
