Okay im 130lbs 12% bf and wanna be 175lbs 6% bf i dont drink pop anymore for a week and ive been told to eat more i wanna bulk if i bulk up wjat happens why do you bulk dont u build mainly fat do you gain muscle with the fat and lets say u lose the fat wld u lose the added muscle idk its confusing?

I know i dont know much of nutriton i know i gotta eat more is what ive been told ik chicken and rice is good and i need a few thousand calories a day thanks for not being a dick head and for u others saying ill never get to the size i want can **** off i go to the gym everyday i thought that this forum was to give me dedication to my goals and daying i cant get them isnt what i thought it was about just because im 16 dosent mean i wont get there i never put a goal tim ik im not gonna wake up in a month at my gial size ik it will take a few years but doubt me all u want ill get there and u cant stop me have fun getting ur goals highly doubt ull ever get it and for u being at 14% bf u dont look so lean loll yeah **** off u look chubby as **** for being at 14% it is very possibke to hit that goal size many people my hieght have hit it and im sure if others can i can its only 45lbs i cld get that in maybe 3-4 years if not a little sooner or littke later
