Who thinks Gregg Plitt is on the juice? I think he's natural (he has stated in-depth that he is natural) but im sitting next to my buddy and he disagrees! What does the Misc think?

He's not huge. I don't now if he juices, but his size could absolutely be attained by most people (maybe not ectos).

isn't he like 5% bf year round? that type of conditioning is probably hard to maitain naturally especially for that amount of time. he might use clen to stay cut every now and then.

my brother was in the rangers with him and said he is natural. They have alot of down time and all they do is work out... he looks bigger to me then he did on that tv show Workout

lol no disrespect brah but his size could not "absolutely" be attained by most people.

There isnt 1 miscer that is anywhere near his size/conditioning natural.

I believe hes natural. he gives solid advice and has been training for over a decade. What makes his body so impressive isnt his size, but his aesthetics.

People don't understand the impact of sub 10% bodyfat on a persons appearance. Watch any of the videos he's in, with a shirt on it's obvious he's pretty buff and in good shape, but not "holy **** that's guy's jacked."

Is he natural? I have no idea. Is his physique attainable without juice? Absolutely

money and fame is a poweful incentive. If i was making thousands of dollars/famous/modeling/banging 10/10s i wouldnt mind eating meticulously clean.

he has pics where he's pretty drastically different in size. looks like he got on steron and did bro workouts for a year (2 arm days, 2 chest days, 12 ab days)

even the more reason to use drugs to maintain such a physique. i mean his looks are how he makes money. eating clean meticulously isn't normal and i don't think anyone can pull it off.

i think greg will be ok despite the accusations...

i'm not saying he's not natty, i'm saying he just defiantly had a couple blunders and did a couple steron.

the 4 plates were fake and its been confirmed. He did it for a photoshoot thats why.

I doubt hes natural although it would give me hope

Honestly, I don't know. I watched Bigger, Stronger, Faster and it sort of changed my opinion. There's so much **** available. Plus, I saw an episode of that show he was on were he cooked some girls dinner and the dude could obviously not cook. So, if getting ripped is diet and nutrition I don't know.

He said he started when he was in the 6th grade. Thats what 12 years of working out? In 12 years his physique is definately attainable. He was an army ranger which makes him extremely disciplined.
