The reason I ask is the footwear and the various lifts you mention (i.e. cleans, snatches OH squats) are used very regularly in Crossfit wods.

I've tried Crossfit before. But only actually once at one of their facilities. I do follow some of their workouts to include in my conditioning days. At least when I had a specific conditioning day.

I usually only take White Flood or just these Green Tea extract caps that contains 80mg caffeine. I take one or two caps or one or two scoops of White Flood, usually just before my leg workouts. As for food, I rarely eat before my workout. If I do most times, its usually just a piece of toast with nutella or butter. And that's usually only when I'm above maintenance calorie wise.

I find a neutral grip in most movements, from laterals to the various presses to be most shoulder friendly. This includes neutral grip pullups. In fact neutral grip is the only type of pullups I do 80% of the time due to wrist/ elbow and shoulder issues.
I love my pullups.

I love my vibrams. If they had nipples and it was socially acceptable, I'd marry them.
I usually wear 9.5 or 10's and with them, I wear 41M.

Ive read through "the natural ones" workout programs and it is a far cry from your volume plan, im curious as to why so different and how he got to be 200lbs that ripped naturally? Also do you focus on strict form or weight to achieve such arms like yours? You look like you are from a comic book, freaking amazing!
