Just wanted to let my misc brahs know about some **** I ran into recently. It's called coconut water and my god is it amazing. No joke this is about the healthiest and best tasting fruit juice I've ever had. Can be hard to find, but if you can find a source for it around you it's amazing! Some stats from the Vitacoco package:
- More electrolytes than leading sports drinks with 15 times the potassium
- More potassium than 2 bananas
- 240% DV of vitamin C
BTW potassium is one mineral severely lacking in the standard american diet.

sounds good, you should try this one too
actually just made melon water last week for the first time too. its 1 cantaloupe, take out all the meat, seeds and all, put in blender and blend extremely well. take a strainer, and strain the juice into a BIG juice container, it may take a while, but make sure you get all the juice and no chunks of seeds or cantaloupe. Add 2 thirds a cup of sugar, or add little by little while tasting, add water up to a 4 quart mark you make on your container. Stir the crap out of it. Put in fridge and get it really cold
this has gotta be the most refreshing, delicious juice Ive had also*80 pushups before going anywhere in public crew*
*manlets who somehow get laid crew*
*8 mph over the speed limit at all times, no matter what crew*
*enjoy our shirts shrinking in the dryer so they're tighter around our arms crew*
*bring a sack lunch to work and throw it away every single time crew*
*biceps bigger than quads crew*
*bears, bulls, cubbies, hawks crew*

Vitacoco is $1.50 per 11oz serving at my grocery. Yes expensive but it's the best drink I've ever found. Their pineapple and peach&mango flavors have more sugar but taste better imo. I'm always surprised by how good I feel when I drink it.
