i lose fat from everywhere in my body but my Groin ( pubis ) area isn't at all !!

I agree with the other post. You can not spot remove fat. Just keep working to loose the weight you have on you and you will start to see the fat in that area become much less. If your overweight or obese, and you start to loose fat you will get bigger down their.Originally Posted by CrazyScorer
