Title says it all.
Bought this stuff because nutritionally it has a great profile. I learned you have to keep this stuff in the freezer to preserve it.
Here are some questions:
I've heard EVEN IN THE FREEZER the bread only lasts about a week before it starts to mold up. Is that true at all?
I plan on using this for sandwiches for school when I go back in September. If I toast my Ezekiel bread when I make my lunch sandwiches in the morning, will they last a few hours at least until I can eat it at lunch? If I defrost?
I bought the sprouted grain fyi.

Ezekiel bread gets moldy in the fridge quickly because its sprouted grain. Which means its alive. So its easy to carry bacteria. Which is why its supposed to stay in the freezer. That enables the grains to remain active which is why it works as well as it does for training. Its essentially a slow Carb.
