Hey guys, I'm doing my first carb up on the ckd and I've kept my fat intake low and have consumed approxiametly 2500 calories of dominantly high gi carbs. While I did notice a little water retention during the 24 hour period, I didn't see the bloat I wqs expecting. Is this because my glycogen had been so depleted? Did I not eat enough carbs? And how long/any tips to get back into keto?
