    medication and loss of Protien?

    Hi, I just started taking the blood pressure medication coversyl daily, in the instructions it states the common side effects such as headach, cough etc and has this message after it

    Reversible increases in blood urea and CREATININE may be observed. PROTEINURIA has occurred in some patients. Rarely, angioneurotic edema and decreases in hemoglobin, red cells, and platelets have been reported.


    Does this mean a side effect maybe be losing creatine and protein..if so how much do you think. I'm confused here thank you very much.
