Give this short video your full attention, let the words sink in.
This one hit me hard.
A human being should be able to change a diaper, plan an invasion, butcher a hog, conn a ship, design a building, write a sonnet, balance accounts, build a wall, set a bone, comfort the dying, take orders, give orders, cooperate, act alone, solve equations, analyze a new problem, pitch manure, program a computer, cook a tasty meal, fight efficiently, and die gallantly. Specialization is for insects. - Robert Heinlein

'Today, I kissed my dad on the forehead as he passed away in a small hospital bed. About 5 seconds after he passed, I realized it was the first time I had given him a kiss since I was a little boy.'
Haven't seen my family in six months, they're back in the UK. This one hit me. I bloody love my Dad.Currently cutting.

Part of a new series of discussion I've designed to help motivate and keep other involved in the sport: BODYBUILDING IS....
To me, whether you're Ronnie Coleman riding the bicycle or youre just a teenager just starting out buying your first tub of Whey or a MILF on the treadmill every other day, whether youre lifting to look jacked in front of girls or to have a more dominant appearance at the office, whether you have the genetics of a bronzed Adonis or a skinny fat bitch-boy with gyno, BODYBUILDING is the most important step on the lifelong journey towards a complete awareness of the self. The human body is the most beautiful, capable, and dynamic object in the world, and recognizing this through bodybuilding's mind-body connection can be the most rewarding thing in your life. Dont ever stop molding, changing, sculpting.
Bodybuilding is the bridge between the awareness of the mental and physical self. It is self-improvement. It is a willing to live.

I've been a subscriber to motivation videos (specifically bodybuilding related) and this has to be by far one of the best I've ever seen, it hit me like the first time I watched "The Beauty of Bodybuilding"
Please let me know if this is a re-post and I will remove it.Violent Porography, Baby.
