Somehow I missed this post last night. The difference between your before pic and current pic is huge, you don't even look like the same person. I'm new here so I don't know much about you or your journey. It looks like you have lost what? 75lbs or more? That is freakin' amazing LBM! Keep doing whatever it is your doing. Your shoulders and arms are looking great too.
You are confusing my willingness to explain with an invitation to debate.

Awesome pics!! Congratulations
I'll try to summarize the last year of my life in a couple sentences. Last October I was prepping for a Figure comp (was at ~16% bf and 3 weeks out). Quite a few unfortunate/tragic life events happended and I abondoned the idea. Managed to avoid the gym for four months, ate everything in site and aesthetically sabotaged all my hard work. Came crawling back to my trainer mid-February (2012) and that's when these "before" photos are from. I hid these on my computer where I was confident no one would ever see the evidence, but I'm ready to share them. The afters were taken after 10 weeks of being back in the game. More current photos are on my bodyspace. None of them are full body shots which is why I'm not including them in this post.
If it is important to you, you will find a way.
If it's not, you will find an excuse.

(First post eek!) wow! I am getting all set to start hardcore overhaul of my diet, once I get through New Years! Every single transformation is incredible and such an inspiration! I put on 15kg in 9 months as I moved from NZ to the uk and have spent way to much time drinking and eating chocolate ( living with a 17 year old isn't easy)
I'm so motivated to finally sort my body it - if my results end up half as good as everyone's on here I will be stoaked. You are all genuinely amazing.

Thank you so much for sharing, I've still got a way to go and seeing people who have done it before really boosts the confidence in your ability to do so as well.
Here's mine, I started in June 2010, a year after my daughter was born.
I was 18 months on weight loss, got to 120 pounds and I have kept the same weight for a year.
I eat clean and I train hard

Here's mine..slightly different, I used to be a cardio addict but am now technically bulking to gain some..muscle, fat, curves bring it on!
For some reason photos are in the wrong order!
First and last pics are June 2011 and January 2012
MIDDLE one is is January 1st 2013.
I've been lifting properly for a few months so I know I don't look that defined/ muscular yet
(Apologies about the camera in my face, just wanted to get the same type of shot as in the first pic)

Heey I'm trying to bulk/gain muscle..
I went from skinny-fat to skinny-muscular and now I am trying to bulk! I am officially eating Paleo now with the exceptions of peanuts/peanut butter, cottage cheese, goat cheese & small amounts of greek yogurt (I am addicted to those 4 things and I can't live without them! They don't seem to cause any harm so why remove them from my diet ). Anyways I love eating high-fat now! There are sooo many recipes I can eat now that I couldn't on low-fat. I highly recommend it & If any of you girls want to try it let me know! My blog MouthwateringMotivation has a lot of new paleo recipes along with other just general bodybuilding recipes I post everyday. Sorry for the little description anyways as I said I am trying to gain weight, but here are my results so far after 1 year of changing the way I live . I am 17 btw .
PS. I love looking at all your before and afters!

Hi I'm new here but I've been doing a full body workout since christmas.
This pic is my latest one - fully clothed as I am still too shy to get my flesh out on show.
I'm working on losing fat and have so far lost 18lbs total since mid november (though my first picture was taken after I'd started losing and is less than 14lbs difference).
Hope the picture has uploaded properly.

the one on the left is from october 2007 @ 135lbs. the one on the right is from february 2013 @ 131lbs.
