GASPARI 3 Degree Burn + Thyrotabs ???

Is 3 Degree Burn from Gaspari very effective on its own? Or is it best stacked with Thermogenic Thyrotabs also from Gaspari?

Also cost wise 3 Degree Burn recommends 2 times daily two capsules each , so bottle of 90 will last 22/23 days. Do you really need 4 a day? As have heard some say 2 a day is enough.

Also - do you really need to take it EVERYDAY? Or best just on training especially cardio days?

Depends how extreme you want your fat loss results to be. The thyrotabs are more potent so the stack would be more effective. But they don't need to be stacked together, you can take them separately.

For the 3db you should take it as it says on the label, and everyday, you can take it pre-workout/pre-cardio, but its not really a pre-workout stim if that is what you mean by taking on cardio days.

I would run the thyrotabs for a few days and see how you react to them. If you find it hard to control your appetite and find that your energy levels are down, you may want to add the 3rd Degree Burn. If however, you find the Thyrotabs to be fine to run by themselves, then save the 3rd degree for afterwards when your metabolism is back down at a crawl and perhaps to jumpstart thyroid production (if their is some shutdown from the tabs).

a) I nor anyone else has any interest in your opinion.
b) You 'pimp' Molecular Nutrition products non stop on this forum.
c) Your physique closely resembles Pee Wee Hermans - weak & puny, as you clearly train little it gives your opinions very little weight (even more ironic is you admit to taking X Factor, 'pimp' it as giving amazing results, yet it clearly did little if anything for you).

Regrading Thyrotabs, etc well aware of the dangers , in fact most medical practitioners will tell you - do not take it for weight loss; recall speaking to one long ago. Several friends recently bought 3 Degree Burn and Lipo 6 as they were heavily discounted at store 3 Degree half price nearing expiry date, and Lipo6 buy one get one free, hence me asking about them. Aware of the difference in ingredients in Lipo 6 & 3rd Degree burn also , but since it is a bodybuilding forum good to hear others opinions. My friends will use them regardless. Others I know are planning to buy them as they are still discounted.

Incidentally, 3rd Degree Burn sneaks in Synephrine also under its proprietary blend (with 7 Keto, etc) but how much exactly is in it , Gaspari will not say. Others have it too under the proprietary blend.
