Can i work out monday and thursday full body, and still get results?
If i did this:
Standing millitary press: 3x5
flat bench: 3x5
shoulder shrugs: 5x10
deadlifts: 3x7
squats: 3x5
skull crushers: 3x5
dumb bell curls: 3x5
calf raises: 5x8
dumbbell flys: 3x7
dumbbell front raises: 3x8
All i have is an Olympic bench so i cant do much..
Does anyone think this would work?
