Best way/most effective to ice ankle?

I need to start icing my ankle, long story short..not important. Are there any like ankle molds I can buy where you fill it with either ice, or cold water or you put it in the freezer and then slip it on? I currently just put ice in a bag and put it on my ankle, but it gets wet cause it melts, and I need to put it on both sides of my ankle so it gets annoying. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

If you go to a drugstore/pharmacy or sporting goods store, they should have one of those icing bags that come with a velcro sleeve/sac. You can keep the bag and/or the sleeve in the freezer; the sleeve you can wash and is long enough that you can wrap around any body part. The ice bag is long enough to wrap around your ankle (at least mine was). Sorry, I can't remember the brand name but I know there are a few companies out there that make them.
