I note in some federations it's banned IN competition on the day but can be used prior

I was not able to find any conclusive information on the half life of 1,3-dimethylamylamine, but in general with stimulants you are usually safe as long as you discontinue their use about five days out from your contest.

whats the point of even testing then? thats like saying you can take steroids for 20years quit 1 week before competition and be natural lol
