For someone who's never lifted weights before and my weight/height 5'11 130lbs
dead lift 185 2x12
bench 145 2x12
I cant squat at home bench is too small and bars to close....
age isn't really 35 its 18

I was at that point before. It was years and years ago though, and I was just being reckless. Thankfully, I stayed calm and just rolled the bar down my body(even though it was very heavy for a skinny little thing like me) and kinda did a sit up with it.
Doing that...sucks. Be careful about how much weight you lift lol.
