    Lightbulb Do you guys do this too...?

    I'm 4 and a half weeks out and finding myself going to bed after my last meal, which is generally early (7pm to 8pm) in order to NOT stay up and get hungry, lol.

    Its like when your a kid and go to bed early so when you wake up "Santa's been"...Only in this case its food.

    It actually seems to be working as I don't wake up hungry in the middle of night and sleep like a log. (Might be the ZMA, haha)
    Pain is just fear leaving the body!

    In as well. I think my first post in the "you know your on a precontest diet when" was about this...crashing early to avoid hunger. Glad Im not alone lol.
