I'm 4 and a half weeks out and finding myself going to bed after my last meal, which is generally early (7pm to 8pm) in order to NOT stay up and get hungry, lol.
Its like when your a kid and go to bed early so when you wake up "Santa's been"...Only in this case its food.
It actually seems to be working as I don't wake up hungry in the middle of night and sleep like a log. (Might be the ZMA, haha)
