Whats everyones daily cal intake?

2845. 600 deficit. 200 cal burn through cardio 3 times a week. Looking to lose 1.5lbs/week but it looks like it's going to be closer to 2.5lbs this week. Will adjust accordingly.
I would guess that's your body trying to get up to it's "set point". My body did that after i dieted, no matter what, all I wanted to do is eat.

Changed my mind. Want to lean bulk from about 9/10% otherwise I leave myself with far too much work when I decide to compete. I'm doing it all differently this time though and really enjoying it (though 4 cans of tuna a day is a MISSION).
Probably gonna start a journal again if anyone is interested.
Sounds like a plan, small adjustments and taking note of their effects FTW.

Good plan, im trying do this too but i think my body fat was/is closer to like 15%, i look like utter **** in natural lighting....Even though my waist around my belly button is 29.5" fcuks that all about! I didnt want to cut further though, dipping under 2k cals would of sucked dick and ive lost more since increasing my cals so my metabolism was pretty dead. 12ish x BW where as now its pretty much 14x BW.
4 cans....donotwant! I struggle to eat it at the best of times, couldnt handle it 4 times a day.

At least you're learning about yourself. You may well find you actually look better after a small increase in cals and carbs as everything fills up.
Man it's such a mission. It's so god damn filling. It's terrible quality tuna too, like eating carpet, though the look on peoples faces when you turn up to the checkout with 30 cans of tuna and 20 cans of mackerel almost makes it worth it.

"Hugh Jackman has revealed that he has been preparing his body for the next Wolverine movie.
The 42-year-old Australian actor, who has played the Marvel superhero in four films so far, has been spotted in the gym working out to make his muscles bigger for the action role.
Jackman said on ITV1 breakfast show Daybreak: "Wolverine is coming back, so the claws are out. The chops aren't grown yet but I'm starting to - the guns are getting there."
Dude looked impressive in the Wolverine movie. Will be interesting to see what he looks like in this one. Apparently hes destroying 6000 cals a day lol!.
Cant wait to finish this fuking cut and get on the bulk again. Gonna go for HIGH cals but try and control that fat gain as much as possible.

Im on 2.3 on rest days and just around 2500 on training days. Gained 0.2lb ish last week , going to see how it goes this week and "adjust accordingly"

Just made a half a kilo of beef pizza with a very thin base and 200g of mozarella. Turned out abit meh but ate it anyway.[If It Fits Your Macros Crew] - U mad?

sorry geezer been f*cking nuts at work lately because of the weather, had barely anytime to myself. But i will attempt to knock up some sweet potato and protein muffins this weekend and i'll let you know how they go. What other recipes do you want broham and i'll have a look for em.
As for those pizzas, a good alternative would be a moroccan flatbread.
the dough is:
350g flour
1tsp salt
2tsp easy blend yeast
250ml warm water
2 tbsp olive oil
mix the dough, knead for 5 minutes then leave in a bowl covered with cling film and leave until it doubles in size. Knock it back flaten it out into bases.
For a topping you could pulse an onion, peppers a few cloves of garlic in a food proccessor, squeeze out the excess moisture through a cloth then mix with some lean minced lamb or beef, maybe a bit of parsley and corriander as well.
Anyways i'm of to eat, honey roast duck and a warm potato salad with sprouting brocoli mother fakkers.I suck on your toes while you sleep
