    Creatine Nitrate vs Creatine Monohydrate

Why choose creatine nitrate over creatine monohydrate? Are the benefits that much better with CN? Thanks for the help!

Nitrates have added benefit, the creatine is the same. Nitrates are proven to enhance NO production. However, it does not effect saturation at all, and the creatine will not work "better" then monohydrate, but you will get the added NO effects.

I've seen aerobic benefits elicited from nitrates, but is there evidence for anaerobic activities? Or just theory?

I took C-BOL for one cycle and it worked well, however when I went back to creatine mono I saw no drop off in strength. Can't speak for the NO thing since I simultaneously cycled off Jack3d. In fact my workouts are still the same level of intensity I'm beginning to think I'll just ditch pre-workouts permanently.
