    Clean bulk?

    Is clean bulking true? I heard from the Brofessor that doing a clean bulk is like watching porn but Not jacking off it just doesn't happen.

    It depends what you define Clean bulking as.

    For me, Clean Bulking is a controlled surplus wheras Dirty Bulking is eating as much as you can, causing a larger surplus.
    A controlled surplus makes for a better bulk, as the ratio between body fat and lean body mass increase is much closer than it is when "dirty bulking", meaning less of a cut when the time comes, and a more aesthetically pleasing look.

    On another note is it the same calories when I eat a snickers bar of 700 calories and the calories of a 700 calorie whole chicken?

    no because the body is chemistry lab and not a mathematical problem, there is insulin and spiking it can cause fat gain, and foods are giving your body different reactions in terms of fat and muscle gains and energy levels and micro nutrients.

    If you took all your carbs from sugar you'd feel terrible, now if you take half of your calories form processed sugar you'd feel less bad, now 700 calls sweets you might not greatly notice it but it's still inferior to eating brown rice chicken and veggies.

    And yes if it fits your macros can produce great bodies, however it's usually like 80% whole foods and 20% junk so that is pretty darn clean.

    In the context of a net caloric deficit, there would not be a net fat gain regardless of insulin levels.

    BTW, the fat from the chicken will be stored directly in the adipose tissue without the presence of insulin. But as it happens, the protein from the chicken produces an insulin response.
