    Corn Tortillas/Masa Harina

    Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone else here makes corn tortillas with masa harina and do you guys think it's good to eat on an almost daily basis. Thanks!

    Nutrition facts for masa harina for 2 6" tortillas:
    Total fat: 1g
    Sat: 0g
    Trans: 0g
    Cholesterol: 0mg
    Sodium: 0mg

    My daily diet typically consists of eggs in the morning, chicken for lunch, and chicken, turkey or fish for dinner with salad and some type of carb and vegetables. Throughout the day I also eat some greek yogurt and fruit, and a protein shake after my workout.

    I'm not always able to eat as well as I should because of school and other activities but I usually achieve a healthy diet.

    I do sometimes when i feel up to it, otherwise i just buy corn tortillas. One of my favorit breakfasts is huevos con papas tacos with Tapatio.

    Tamales, tortillas ...... I'd eat them daily if i didn't have to make them
