I think all the girls must be over 18 because the Terms of Service: http://motherless.com/tos say that you are not allowed to have illegal images and under 18 would be illegal therefore they must all be over 18 right? Otherwise it would be taken down.

Since it is user uploaded they can take there time taking down underage girls and it is hard to prove the girl is underage unless she comes forward. Lots of sites do this and since the host says it is against the rules authorities are reluctant to go after the actual site.

If OP bothered to read, he would know that the content on that site is supplied by the users of it, and that the website mods and owners take no responsibility in it, they check it every now and then and delete what they find that is illegal, but other than that, most of the **** stays up.
