Taller people live shorter lives than shorter people.
Also, taller people must eat more to get the same results as short people. Why put in more work for the same results?
Shorter people, on the other hand, can be as tall as girls, which can be awkward.

It's true, especially 'tall' girls, and by tall I mean not small. more potential for better aesthetics...
at 5'8, the aesthetic peak is like ~14.5-15.5 inch arms... which look big in comparison to the rest of the body, but when seen in real life, just arent that impressive, especially with clothes on.... getting bigger than that just makes you look more blockey and chodey.
6'0ish people on the other hand can get up to 16-17 inch arms at maximum aestheticness, which look impressive as fuk... in clothes too
(this goes for all muscle groups, just using arms as an example.)
after 6'0-6'1 youre just getting too tall, its unnecessary, and i read somewhere that life expectancy is less cause its harder to get blood up that high or some ****.
im happy at my 5'8 1/2, just saying its not ideal
