Need some good advice. I need some weights for my home because i have a bowflex which is gay

the best advice you will ever get if you want to get serious is go for a power rack and get a fid bench. pass on these.

i dont see whats so special about a power rack...except easier to do squats with. and what is a fid bench?

What's so special about a power rack is if you fail on a lift it will save your life. What happens if you fail on a loft with one of those benches?

Sell your bowflex and save some money and get yourself a bench. Power rack. Bar and weights.


It stands for flat incline bench.

You'll be fine with either of those setups, they're both sweet. The first one is cheaper though, just get you another set of weights for $100 on CL and maybe some saw horses from Home Depot and you'll be golden brah.

An FID bench is way overkill for a home setup, almost always for commercial use.
