So, my first attempt to get my log going was a slight failure. I am currently coming off of a two week break from lifting, after working 180 hours in the past 14 days for my apartment complex in order to have nearly 800 rooms ready for move in day. Yes, I know this puts me nearly a week behind, but the supplements are en route. With that being said, university started again today, and even with a class load of 17 hours, it seriously feels like I have more time than I could have asked for. So here we go....
Background:
My name is Rhett, and I am 21 years old. I've been lifting since my sophomore year in high school. The summer after my freshman year, my family informed me we would be moving - obviously this didn't bode to well for a kid of my stature, being only 5'6" ~115 pounds. This, among other outside factors such as my athletic drive to become better at soccer for my new school, was the reason why I started lifting. My first bench press max was an embarrassing 160 pounds, at a weight of around 115. Luckily, my love for lifting took flight after being motivated by a football coach at my school named Steve Siegmund.
Thanks to him, and my motivating to be the best at whatever I could, my bench press at the end of my senior year of high school was 320, at a weight of ~145 pounds, along with a squat and dead lift over 400. I would also receive a scholarship to play soccer in college - one of my most proud moments to this day.
Currently:
I'm 21, and currently studying to earn a B.S. in Exercise Science and Kinesiology. It wasn't until recently that I decided I would also like to do some sort of fitness modeling/bodybuilding contests. As soon as I read about the Double T challenge, I knew it was something that I wanted to hit head on, and hopefully use it to reach long term goals I have set for myself.
Going into this competition and log, I only have one expectation set for myself, and that is to win this contest. I can honestly say I have never been more motivated for anything in my life, and I'm really excited to share this experience anyone interested. All tips, questions, etc are welcome.
The products that I will be using consist of:
-CreaDyl
-No-Beta
-Text X6
*Ketocuts for the last 4-6 weeks
I will also be taking BCAA's which I haven't decided upon yet, standard fish oil tablets, and Nitrean Protein.
I will also be posting my daily diet with caloric intake, etc after Day 1 is complete.
With that being said, good luck to everyone. See you at the finish line.

Today was the first day I actually got to work out with the supplements. Didn't notice much of a change considering the NO Beta didnt have much time to get into my system. The pump was still pretty intense off of the Creadyl.

Today was another off day for me, had to take a quick trip home for the day for my little brothers birthday.
Tomorrow, and monday mark the first days of the actual strict diet, workout plan, supplement adherence.
Motivation and everything are still off the charts - ready for 14 weeks of complete emergence in the competition.

Day #6
Chest
Barbell Bench Press 5 x 5 x 275
(Feet off floor - good chest isolation)
Wide Grip Incline 4 x 5 x 155
Incline DB Chest Fly 4 x 8 x 30
(NO Rest between all 8 sets)
DB Press 4 x 6-8 x 90
Decline Cable Chest Fly 4 x 10 x 50
Cable Chest Press 4 x 10 x 50
SuperSetted
Incline Chest Fly 3 x FAILURE X 60,40,20
I went into today's session with one goal in mind: Find out what these new supplements were made of. I can honestly say that I have never been so worn out after a chest session. Every set I did I felt like I couldn't take another rep. I got through it, and even came out with a few PRs. It's been quite some time since I've come off of a 5 x 5 session with more than one improvement. In both bench and my failure set, I increased my output by over 15%. Maybe its just mental, maybe its the sups, who knows. Only time will tell.
Mood - 8/10, It was raining when I got the the gym, made me want a nap.
Alertness 10/10
Drive 10/10
Recovery - We'll find out tomorrow.
Focus 10/10
Pump 15/10
Strength 11/10
Energy 10/10
Taste - Still 10/10, really enjoy the stuff.
Overall Rating - 84/80
The vascularity and pump I experienced on my first correct dosage of NO Beta and Creadyl was insane. I have never seen my chest blow up like that. The veins in my arms were more defined than usual, and my chest had veins I had never seen before (my left pec looked like a spider). Really impressed with the stuff, my entire upper body felt as if it was going to rip at one point.
10/10 so far Double-T: I'm quite impressed. I hope I keep this feeling throughout my usage and don't build up too severe of a tolerance.

NIce workout!! I have been using NO Beta and CreaDyl since December last year and it has never left me without the insane pump yet.
Check out the bulging biceps group here on bodybuilding.com for some great advice and information from other group members.

Yes to both.
I sip on 3 scoops of Glutacene mixed with my CreaDyl intra-workout. I take my first sip before I begin once I get set-up and then take a sip between each routine. So, I do say 4 sets of DB Shoulder Presses and then take a sip before moving onto DB Lateral Raises.
I then take 10 NitroMine after my last set of lifting and wash them down with what is left of my Glutacene or I add some water to my shaker cup and drink them down. I then do my cardio after taking the NitroMine.UnCut ~ My Pre-workout of choice!!

Seated Leg Press 4 x 6 x 500, Last set 4 x 10 (Failure) x 500
Leg Extension 4 x 10 x 190

Pump 10/10
Mood 9/10
Taste - 10/10 - Love the stuff.
Alertness -9/10
Drive - 14/10 - Really pushed hard through the sets today, may not have seemed like much, but each one was brutal.
Focus - 9/10
Strength - 14/10 - PR'd on both Front Squat and Leg Presses, never attempted 500 for more than sets of 3 and I blew through them.
Energy 9/10
Recovery - 6/10 I couldn't have done a curl if I wanted to today. Intense workout yesterday.
Overall 90/90
Really pushed it hard today. Lifted with serious intensity considering this was my first "real" leg day where I wasn't taking any shortcuts, and wanted to destroy every set. I did, and the final result was nearly having to be wheel chaired out of the gym. Extreme leg pumps left me wishing I had a buddy to give me a piggy back. :P
