    4000 calories, macros?

Hi all. I'm new here and this is my first post. I'll try to be as fast as possible.
    I'm 180cm, 70Kg. 19 years old.
Currently I'm at 3700-3800 calories per day but im not gaining weight. So I wanna move up to 4000-4100 Kcal.
The question is: how do i spit my macros? Right now I'm at 175g PRO, 80g FAT, and 600g CHO.
I find a bit difficult eating so many carbs tho. Once you eat 4k calories, can you get more then 2.5g of protein per kilo? and 1.5g of fat per kilo?
Like, 190g PRO, 105g FAT, 575g CHO? or even more fat and less carb?
I never bulked srsly like now, so i dont know how my body reacts to high carbo or high fat ecc.
Thanks to whoever will respond and sorry for my english.

PS. I started bulking with 2.8K cal and moved up with 100-200 more calories every week. Went from 67-68 to 70 (which was my previous weight, before summer).
But, when I reached 70Kg, I was at 3.3K. So how did i not gain weight when i went from 3.3 to 3.8 this last month? Whats my maintenance?

Maintenance is a moving target. Take calorie jumps patiently, sometimes it takes a while to see changes on the scale.

You can eat more fat if you need to.

    Hi, thanks for the answer.
What you mean with patiently tho? I've been on 3.8k for 2 weeks now.Should I keep it for 1 more week?

And is really a limit of fat I should take? 2g per kilo would be too much?

You can eat more protein and fat if it helps you meet your caloric goals. The minimum recommendations are just that - the minimums.

Maximum would be whatever pushes you out of calorie needs, or means you cannot reach other macro needs.

There are no maximum recommendations - other than you have to stay within your overall calorie budget and not go so crazy on one macro (ie 4k of fat) that you neglect minimums of the others

So going 190 PRO, 105 FAT, 575 CHO is the same as 190 PRO, 500 CHO, 140 FAT ?

Is there something that is hard to grasp about this concept...?
