    greek yogurt-casein. sooo pre bed would be nice.
    but its good sourc of protein and you're able to use it instead of mayo for example so use it for breakfest lunch dinner w/e

    just dont use right before workout and ur good 2 go

    I eat mine shortly after my post workout shake. Just because it's normally high in sugars so that's when I try and time it.

    2. Dont have it straight in the morning cuz ur body is already VERY catabolic and u need sumthing fast absorbing so it RUSHES into ur muscles and starts making em anabolic and huge.
    3. Never have it, it contains sugar....sugar is a no no bcuz is just makes u fat.

    I eat it post-workout / pre-bed since it is the same meal for me. Just depends on your routine/schedule. But most people will just say pre-nappy-time

    personally, I would say in between meals due to the casein protein thats in yogurt. I would probably avoid pre-work out and stick to whey. Post workout would be an okay choice mixed with a whey protein. "They say" PWO shake is more effective if casein is mixed with whey. who knows.
