Dose - 4 caps first thing (i.e. with Drive Dose 1)

Dose 1 - 3 caps first thing (i.e. with FREE TEST dose)
Dose 2 - 3 caps 60-80 min pre-training (i.e. with RPM dose)
Note that on Non-Training Days Dose 2 is 6-8 hours post-Dose 1.
RPM
Dose - 2-3 caps 60-80 min pre-training (i.e. with Drive Dose 2)
Note that on Non-Training Days you can use 1-2 caps first thing.
LIT UP
Dose - 1-2 scoops 30 min pre-training
Not needed on Non-Training Days.
NeoVar
Dose 1 - 3 caps 15-20 min PRE-breakfast (make sure your breakfast contains at least 50g of carbohydrates)
Dose 2 - 3 caps immediately post-training (and have a meal containing at last 50g of carbohydrates 15-20 min after dosing)
Note that on Non-Training Days Dose 2 should be taken 15-20 min pre-meal later in the day - that containing at last 50g of carbohydrates.
