hey gym buddys
i was pumping some serious iron the other day. when i noticded a bump on my hamstring. I was squating thaty **** all day long. and im really scared at the momment. Im on creatine, protein, fish oil and multivite and i have been doing gym for 3 days now. i was thinking of doing growth hormones next week. but because of this bump on my hamstring i am very worried if i should continue my gym career because i think i can make it to the big time one day soon.
Also, should i continue working my toned upper body whilst i have thisbump. All help welcomed brothers!
